An oldie but a goodie, Signature was the original blend from Sugar Creek Coffee Roasters. Smooth, medium-bodied, and low-acidity, this blend is an easy-drinking crowd pleaser. The flavor notes are subtle and well-rounded--almonds, carmelized sugar, cocoa, and a hint of cherry. We have enjoyed Signature Blend at nearly any roast level and brewed with any method from pour over to espresso.
